Property close to the sea and the mountains in San Telm (Andratx), with lovely views to the Dragonera Island,and within minutes from the best beaches of Mallorca. The house recently furnished and nicely decorated, very bright and cosy. Fits 6 guests.
The space
- Unique house, very bright both inside and outside with 4 terraces to chill out. You can access to the sea and walk through the Mountains from the main street outside the property. From The house, There is access to walking paths and even The GR221 that crosses The Tramuntana Mountains from Andratx to Pollença. Whilst walking through The Mountains. Two sets of trekking poles are available for guesses in the house. You Will enjoy espectacular views of The island. There are also lots of bike routes Available.

- The Village has restaurants, beaches, souvenirs, nice promenades to the Mountains by the Serra de Tramuntana, water sports, and also acces to visit the Island of Dragonera.
Useful information
- From 07/06/2016 the Balearic Local Government has enacted a green tax to be paid by all tourists either in hotels or vacational rental. It is called Ecotasa and it has to be paid on arrival in order for owners to declare it to the institution in charge. The updated fares from 01/03/2018 are 2 Euro per person per day from april to october, and 1 Euro per person per day from november to march (youngers below 16 years old don’t have to pay it)
