Our wellness retreats are made to unplug, de-stress and recharge. We can design a set of activities that will include Yoga Ashtanga, Hatha Yoga, Mat Pilates and Nordic Walking, but we will consider any suggestion to give you a tailored retreat.

This is a proposal timetable for a retreat:
- Day 1: Arrival and intro to the weekly schedule
- Day 2: 9,30-11 hours. Ashtanga Yoga // Brunch and free time // 16- 17 hours Nordic Walking
- Day 3: Mat Pilates // Brunch and free time // 16-17 hours Hatha Yoga
- Day 4: 9-15 hours Nordic Walking (Picnic lunch included)
- Day 5: 9,30-11 hours Ashtanga Yoga // Brunch and free time to enjoy outdoor activities or simply lie in the sun
- Day 6: 9,30-11 hours Mat Pilates // Brunch and free time // Spanish Cooking Workshop
- Day 7: Free day and departure
