Set in The beautiful surroundings of Sierra de Tramuntana, World Heritage by Unesco, but within a valley, Orient is a picturesque little village far away from mass tourism in Mallorca.
You will find a restored House with great outdoor spaces, walking distance to The Best restaurants of The Village and still in a very calm and quiet Street of this charming Village.
The space
- There are 4 double bedrooms over two levels, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with a huge oven to cook amazing local products, a large dinning room and also a living room with a great fireplace. The house has been refurbished to the most stylish,elegant and still sustainable materials and design, with high ceilings, original special features and romantic spaces. You will also find a meditation/ relaxing room and three outside spaces to enjoy. There is another area to chill out or even practice Yoga or Pilates in our stunning plataform designed in special accoya wood surrounded by the most impressive views of the valley. Take a shower in our fun wood outside shower or enjoy the local swimming pool whilst having a lovely lunch in the local restaurant, or even better, visit the amazing beaches of the north of the island to make the most of your trip in Mallorca!
Additional services
- To the house and outside areas. We provide for free 4 sets of Trekking poles. Due to the prohibition to fire in the area, the house is equipped with gas barbecue (indoor & outdoor with paella accessory)
Useful information
- From 07/06/2016 the Balearic Local Government has enacted a green tax to be paid by all tourists either in hotels or vocational rental. It is called Ecotasa and it has to be paid on arrival in order for owners to declare it to the institution in charge. The updated fares from 01/03/2018 are 2 Euro per person per day from april to october, and 1 Euro per person per day from november to march (youngers below 16 years old don't have to pay it)
