Huge Mediterranean garden, pool in summer, centenary trees, just stones away of town to pop round biking or even walking.We provide 2 bikes with children seats.4 sets Nordic walking sticks.
The space
- Up to 6 guests allowed, in three double bedrooms. You can choose double or single beds. 2 refurbished bathrooms with showers. Traditional kitchen with modern Smeg home appliances, and traditional old mallorquin wooden oven, modern oven as well, fireplace and all this overlooking the garden. Living and indoor dinning room with a huge glass that can be opened to connect the garden with the house in summer or to enjoy lovely views in winter with the comfort of a fireplace. Upstairs chill out area with views to the bay of Palma, the sea and trees. Barbacue, children house, indoor tepee and playground including a safe children pool in summer. Garage provided as well. Two bikes with children seats available to explore the area.

Useful information
- From 07/06/2016 the Balearic Local Government has enacted a green tax to be paid by all tourists either in hotels or vacational rental. It is called Ecotasa and it has to be paid on arrival in order for owners to declare it to the institution in charge. The updated fares from 01/03/2018 are 2 Euro per person per day from april to october, and 1 Euro per person per day from november to march (youngers below 16 years old don't have to pay it)
